Dear Users

You can resume submitting samples.   But, please note that the cryoprobe’s performance is definitely compromised and you may not get the quality of data you are used to, especially for 1D 13C spectra that employs 1H broadband decoupling.

Owing to the pressure on the instrument to provide throughput, we are opening it for use.  But, be forewarned that the system may have to be cardoned off in the coming days to fully resolve the hardware level issues that is leading to the loss in sensitivity and other issues.
