Dear Users

The NEO500 cryoprobe system is undergoing the biennial and invasive maintenance, that also includes parts replacement.  As it stands, the system won’t be ready for collecting data until the evening of Tuesday,  the 11th Feb.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.   This is a mandtaory maintenance routine that will help us sail without interruption for two years.  As an additional silver lining, the engineer is working in parallel to revive our 700 NMR magnet and so we should get to increased capacity soon after this dip in NMR time availability.
