ALERT – NEO500 : SYSTEM WILL BE OFFLINE FOR HARDWARE CHECK
The automation queue is stopped to investigate an anamolous probehead behavior. The instrument will be offline for at least an hour. If the issue is resolved, the queue will be removed and an update will be broadcast.
