UPDATE – NEO500 : PRODIGY PROBE WILL BE SENT FOR REPAIRS
Dear Users
The second scenario of the last post came to pass. The Prodigy probe has to be uninstalled and sent for repairs to the manufacturer. Until the probe is examined at the service center, we won’t be able to give an estimate of the turn around time. We will do the utmost to give you the prompt updates, as and when they become available.
We will provide further details soon about the alternatives that will get in place to get the NEO500 ready for data collection.
