UPDATE ! AV300 – PROBE IS FIXED AND READY FOR REGULAR USE !
The broken glass components inside the probe has led to the tuning/matching issues, which is taken care of now. If you had noticed difficulty in shimming in the past as well as a longer than usual pulse width, those are related to this internal mishap as well. The system is tested to be stable and the 1H pulse width has come down to its original range of 8.5 us.
If you notice anything peculiar, please let us know. Thank you for your patience. The instrument is released for immediate use.
