ALERT ! DRX499 – INSTRUMENT DOWN DUE TO USER SAMPLE BREAKAGE
User sample tube has broken inside the probehead and the instrument is not usable currently. Probe needs to come out of the magnet to know the extent of damage or spillage. Based on the assessment, we will decide if the TXO probe can be back in the system or a different probe will take its place.
