ALERT ! AV300 : PROBE PART DAMAGE – SYSTEM DOWN
The insert glass is broken and the system is unusable. We are working on fixing it. Will post an update once we replace the broken part. Normally, if a broken glassware is replaced, the probe will need substantial shim up. To cope with constant demand on the instrument, I might leave the probe with old shim set for the present. Those of you who need really good lineshape should do the shimming by hand. At a later time a full shim up will be completed.
