ALERT – AV500 : BASELINE NOISE DETECTED
Several users have seen spikes in the baseline of 1H NMR spectra. Unless sample concentration is very low, the relative intensities of solute peaks are large enough to identify compared to these spikes. So, as of today, users can continue the runs for which they have already booked time. The instrument will be taken down within next couple of days to troubleshoot this issue.
