Dear Users

The system is ready for use now.  The delicate glassware inside the probehead has broken and that is the main cause of the sample eject as well as spinning issues.  It is fixed now and I have also shimmed up the probe to a decent state, after replacing the broken hardware.

Please remember to :

• Spin the sample as long as you use regular NMR tubes.
• Load the standard shim set by : “rsh stdbbo”  if you are having poor lineshapes.
• Invest at least 60 seconds to touch up at least the lowest order Shims, Z, X and Y.
