UPDATE : AV500 – SAMPLE HANDLING IS FINE – NO PROBLEMS DETECTED
This is the second instance where I saw a post saying that sample couldn’t be ejected. But I didn’t detect any issues per se and all the vitals of the instrument are normal. If users need some clarification and refresher as to how the sample eject/inject sequence works and what are the possible ways one can safely eject and insert samples in the magnet, please contact either myself of Adrienne to help you out.
