Dear Users

In continuation of my Imminent Probe Change announcement last,  I would like to update the following.

AV500 now has the 19F capability !  

Installed Probe :  TXO – 19F,13C {1H} – Z Gradient

We all have been using this probe via the IconNMR interface in the recently retired DRX499 system.   So, now you have to do a bit of reorientation and refresh yourselves to run 19F experiments from the TOPSPIN interface.

• Please Contact  ADRIENNE ROEHRICH to get a Clean Guidance on how to accomplish this.   That’s the best way to get up and running swiftly, especially if you are in a hurry.
• The world war era 19F/13C switch over mechanism is no longer needed !
• YOU CAN RUN BOTH 13C AND 19F simultaneously !  This gives us some exciting possibilities to explore !
