UW CHEMISTRY NMR

Dear Users

        All the NMR instruments in the facility will be powered down on or after 4 pm today i.e. Friday the 13th,  in preparation for a building wide power shut down by UW Facilities and Services for planned Electrical Maintenance

The instrument will be revived tomorrow morning i.e. Saturday, the 14th.   I am expecting the instruments to be operational by noon,  excluding any unpredictable developments.

Sorry that I could not provide an earlier update on this, but I needed to make sure from the authorities concerned that the maintenance is proceeding as planned.
