UPDATE ! AV301 : BROKEN SAMPLE CLEARED
Hello Users
The system is revived back to operational condition. Reservation is now open.
Please make sure that your sample tube fits tightly in the spinner provided and you are leveling the sample tube properly using the depth gauge provided.
Please take those few seconds to put the sample with spinner in the plexiglass depth gauge, keep the gauge at your eye level and adjust the tube, to avoid parallax errors.
