UPDATE : AV300 – SHIMMING ISSUE RESOLVED
Dear Users
At least some of you had informed us about Topshim failure. The root cause of this has been identified and rectified. With standard sample, everything behaved OK. Nevertheless, if you see issues with your own samples in different solvents, please reach out again without any hesitation.
Your feedback is very important to us, to keep the systems performing optimally.
