ALERT ! GG500 – VT MALFUNCTION
The Chiller for this unit is not running as expected, leading to no Temperature control. The sudden deterioration of shim performance some have reported is most probably tied to this.
I will post an update once the issue is resolved. The instrument cannot produce useable data because of this and so, it is blocked off currently.
