Dear NMR patrons

When an experiment starts, the ATMA is an important automated step as we all know. The probe’s ATMA is getting stuck leading to a long delay for processing a single sample.  The  automation software has a timeout mechanism so that it doesn’t stop at a single sample.

So, the queued samples overnight might have been run with less than optimal condition and/or given very poor signal.

We will be looking into the main cause and fix it as soon as we can.  Please wait for further updates here about the same.
