UPDATE – GG500 : SHIM SYSTEM OPTIMIZED
Dear Users
Following the troubleshooting of sample injection issue a day ago, the shim system neeeded to be optimized properly to get the desired resolution.
Water suppression after shim optimization
This has been completed now. A sample outcome is shown above.
Please put to good use the optimized shim set by entering “rsh iProbe” on the command line. Then you can run “topshim” command to get the best possible resolution.
As is the case here, we keep the standard shim file iProbe updated periodically or when a major incident occurs with the hardware. You can always rely on this shim file as a good starting point.
