Dear Neo500 Users

Please be informed that an annual routine maintenance for the Prodigy cryoprobe system is scheduled starting next week, Tuesday, the 20th Feb ’24.  The instrument won’t be available for regular pulsing for two days, starting the morning of Tuesday.  Any pending preventive maintenance tasks will be rolled into this schedule as well.

We estimate that the IconNMR queue should be operational and ready to receive samples by evening of Wednesday, the 21st Feb ’24.

We hope that, this provides you with ample lead time to plan your NMR runs for next week.  Thank you for your kind understanding and cooperation.

If there is any change in this plan, we will notify you ASAP.
