GG500 : SYSTEM READY FOR USE – SAMPLE TUBE BREAKAGE FIXED
Based on what we observed, a sample tube broke while a user loaded the sample with spinner into the Carousel. This triggered an error condition of the Sample Robot.
PLEASE PAY ATTENTION :
With the Automation Hardware in place, we have reduced the physical human interaction with NMR machine to just a single step : Careful loading of (sample+spinner) onto the Carousel. Please allocate the needed seconds to complete this task carefully.
