Few reminders :

• You can download your data via the FTP server link:  phoenix.chem.washington.edu/GG500.
• You can set the temperature you desire, from the Automation Window itself.   The software will check the target temperature before starting the run
• A cumulative maximum of 60 minutes per sample holder position will be treated as a ‘walk-on’ run and will be processed immediately;  but please be graceful and avoid lining up several samples, each of which demands the maximum duration.
• SampleCasePlus robot has plenty of space i.e. 60 sample holder positions.  We are reserving position 1 and 2  to place diagnostic samples, that will make troubleshooting efficient, including remote intervension. 
• So, please avoid using these two positions for your samples. Thank you for your cooperation.
