ALERT : BAGLEY HALL ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE – PREPARATION

Bagley Hall Electrical Mains will be shut off for couple of hours starting early morning of Monday, 19th Aug.

In preparation all NMR systems will have to be shut down and revived after the maintenace work is complete on Monday. Here are the points to note :

NEO500 : The last sample that is run should complete its data collection by 12 noon on Sunday, 18th. Prodigy cryoprobe needs considerable lead time to shutdown in a controlled manner.
- Please pay attention to the duration of the experiment (green box) and the experiment start time (blue box) as shown here. Using these, make sure your run will end by the above time :
- The queue will be halted by 12 noon, Sunday 18th.
GG500 : IconNMR automation queue will be allowed to continue upto 4 pm, Sunday, 18th. Follow the steps above to make sure your experiment is done by then.
300-s : These will be shutdown by 4 pm as well.

Monday, 19th :

The 300-s and GG500 should be revived and ready for use by noon.
NEO500 : Prodigy cryoprobe might take a bit longer to come back online. Please plan accordingly.
