UPDATE : NEO500 – SYSTEM ONLINE AFTER SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE
The computer system is upgraded along with the NMR software. The sporadic crash of Topspin noticed last week, should be gone with this upgrade.
- It will take a few minutes before the data appears in FTP server phoenix.chem.washington.edu
- You should also receive a completion email as well as a PDF snapshot of your spectrum upon successful completion. Please let us know if this is not the case.
- The live queue of Automation will appear in a few minutes.
