The intermittent data access issue is resolved.  Users are requested to note that, there is a fall back available in situations when data is not seen from Phoenix.  You can directly upload the data files to the UW cloud storage or any other suitable third party storage via the web browser. Although this is not recommended as a standard procedure, in a crunch like this, it will be a useful backup to get the data off the spectrometer host. Please contact the facility staff for help, if you have not used this facility before.
