Sample status is “missing” and “spin on-off”/”lock on-off” lights are blinking
The instrument returns error messages for most commands, including zg, wobb, and rga.
There is an error message that reports that the system “cannot initialize parameters for RCU1” whenever you try to wobb.
I do not see any problems as of today morning. I confirmed that another general user could log in successfully.
I could not log in to the program. It froze after entering the password
Sample took several tries to get in the “down” position. There seems to also be a problem with getting the sample to spin and stay spinning.
Being investigated. System is up and running as of now.
Connection to spect failed. Unable to connect to remote host.
Computer is running slow (slow response to typing and moving mouse, etc.) Wobb also not working…getting an error message.
Computer locked up. Froze on load up (didn’t get past “launching communication services”).
