  • Jonathan says:

could not get topshim to work on a proton experiment. Additionally, when I tried to load the phosph command, it did not work. I could only record a phosphorus experiment by loading a previous spectrum

  • Kate Montgomery says:

    bsms display reading ‘L-power -20.0’

when ‘proton’ command entered error message appeared ‘command not recognised’

  • Travis says:

The temperature is a few degrees warm, varying from 301-303 K. I did not manually change the temperature during my experiment.

  • Jonathan says:

when running a phosphorus experiment, I typed atma and the instrument would not wobb.

  • Benjamin Glassy says:

Cannot Tune/match phosphorus. Using ATMA gets close and then does a coarse move which moves it far away and then it just restarts this process. ATMM also does not work as it reaches a limit and cannot move anymore before reaching the correct position.

  • Hannah Zeitler says:

My J-Young tube will not eject both when the panel pressed or when ej is typed in.

  • John says:

The 301 will not lock on my solvent. I’ve tried multiple times.

  • Derek says:

Just a heads up, the sheet next to the computer still says the TXD probe is in even though its PABBI now.

  • Megan says:

clean spectra but even after apk baseline is not flat and half and the peaks are still upside down.

  • Wei Pin says:

Have trouble locking the sample. The lock button keeps blinking.
