  • Adrienne Roehrich says:

    The PABBI probe is in!

Please use ‘atma’ for tune and match. Please use ‘topshim’ for shimming.

  • Zuzana says:

Duplicate peaks observed in 1H and 31P NMR.

  • Adrienne Roehrich says:

Please note, the current av301 BBO probe DOES NOT HAVE AMTA nor Topshim capabilities.

Please use ‘wobb’ and manually tune and match at the probe.

Please load the standard shim set using ‘rsh stdbbo’ and touch up the low order shims, z and z2 always, x and y non-spinning only.

  • Sam Whedon says:

    Neither Atma nor Topshim work.
    Topshim error shows:
“SetParameters – shimming is not possible without gradient or gradient amplifier”

  • Jeffrey says:

Topshim not working. Had to do manual shimming instead

    “Mkdir /opt/topspin/data File exists”

NewDataSet – Could not create /opt/topspin/data/topshimData/nmr/1D_acquisition_data/3/pdata/1/

These are some details that popped up when topshim failed.

  • Zack Stein says:

Topshim isn’t working. It couldn’t create new topshim file. Looks like it was trying to save to the old \opt\topspin directory.

  • Amy Chu says:

    ATMA not working.
    TOPSHIM not workin

  • Karena says:

ATMA and ATMM still not working.

  • Zuzana says:

ATMA and ATMM unable to wobb 31P, June 21, June 22
