Sample will not eject, currently stuck in instrument. Note left at workstation, Facility Manager contacted.

  • Nicole Rishwain says:

There was a spin rate error message. I could not eject the sample.

  • Nicole rishwain says:

After topshim, it said “SEtShims-BSMS limits exceeded”

  • Austin Shaff says:

Topshim error on two different samples. Field Map- signal-to-noise is too low: signal loss for long echo time. Result is a very poorly resolved spectrum.

  • Nicole Rishwain says:

The nmr could not eject the decoy sample. There was a spin rate error

  • Kathleen S says:

The computer didn’t save the fid file for my previous run’s data.

  • Dianne Xiao says:

Computer doesn’t show login screen; can’t log on.

  • Anton Taraskin says:

The NMR has been frequently giving bad shims. My signals show no splitting at all even after shimming multiple times.

  • Eric Greve says:

The AV-301 instrument failed to eject the sample. The dummy sample is in the instrument.

  • Eric Greve says:

The AV-301 instrument reservation did not allow me to change my end time from 8:30 to 8:00. An error of “Request exceeds maximum time allowed during walk on time” was given, even though I was shortening my total time from 1 hour to 30 minutes. No changes at all were permitted and I only used 30 minutes of my total instrument time.
