Decoy sample won’t eject – gives error message “Spin rate read error”
Dummy sample will not eject and now says it is missing when I pull up the BSMS control
Error message when I logged in
“Spin rate read error” is the body and in the top blue bar of the error window it says “ej”
NMR give an error says spin rate read error. It won’t eject and logging in and out again does not fix it.
NMR give an error says spin rate reading something. It won’t ej at all.
Upon login I’m met with a blank screen with only the ability to open Firefox or document viewer. Right-clicking gives me the option to exit TopSpin but TopSpin does not appear to be open and selecting that option does nothing.
When I log in, it opens to a blank screen with the the bar at the bottom.

It managed to find the dip, but it look much longer than normal for atma – it kept saying that it was going to match blind. Again, it managed to tune okay, it just seemed kinda trapped/stuck for a while
Cannot lock on DMSO-d6
