ATMA continues to crash. Finally got it to wobb. Upon attempting to acquire data nothing happened. Command line kept displaying “zg: in progress” or “rga: in progress.” Tried to stop the process, but no success.
Wobb sub-sequence of atma not operational. Crashes when trying to start RCU and TCU. Error: “cannot send command to co-processor”
Login failed on AV301 computer today. On DRX499 and AV500 it worke though.
i had to try relocking my sample about ten times before it actually worked
Instrument console seems to be responsive, when I checked remotely. If the problem persists, one of us will check this in person tomorrow.
Couldn’t lock to acetone-d6
Couldn’t lock to CDCl3, but I was able to lock the same sample on the 499.
Wouldn’t lock to acetone, but I had no trouble with the same sample on the 500.
Resolution is very poor. I tried two samples last night, couldn’t ascertain coupling constants for either, but had no problem with either sample on the 300.
Can’t lock on my samples (which lock just fine on other instruments). I can manually lock, but after a minute or so the lock goes away. Get errors when I call up bsmsdisp.
