  • Jonathan Goldberg says:

Cannot get sample to eject on console or by typing ej

  • Tim Brewster says:

    Cannot lock on D2O

  • Adrienne Roehrich says:

The issue with the lock system has been resolved. Lock should occur as normal. Please contact a facility manager if you encounter any problems. Thank you.

  • Jonathan says:

    Can’t lock on c6d6

  • Adrienne Roehrich says:

A temporary fix to the lift air line has been put into place. Please be careful of the clear plastic tubing running from the console to the magnet until it can be better located.

At this time, there should be no issues with the lift system.

  • Adrienne Roehrich says:

There is a leak in the lift air line. Because of the nature of changing the plumbing, time has been reserved for tomorrow afternoon to fix this issue.

In the meantime, if you are having troubles getting the decoy or sample after pressing the lift button, plug the hole (it is noisy and apparent when the air is flowing). Once the sample is up, it will stay up.

There is no other issue with 301 operation.

  • Mike Larsen says:

The phasing of peaks over the last few days – since the PABBI has been in, actually – has been terrible. It is so messed up that accurate integrals cannot be determined, making the data of limited use at best.

  • Delwin Elder says:

The baseline of spectra is very noisy. It looks almost as if the gain is too high. This has happened on multiple days with multiple samples. Taking spectra of the same samples on the AV300 does not show this “noise.”

  • hester says:

DRX 499 computer display screen isn’t working

  • Kelli Takaki says:

Can’t wobb the 301, 300, or 500. Error message pops up saying the wobb signal is too weak.
