  When I type “phosph” I get an error stating “an acquisition is already running”, and the atma feature does not run. To my knowledge, all previous acquisitions were stopped prior to the error message.

  I can’t lock onto the solvent and I get an error when trying to wobb.

  The lock and shim issues on the av301 that were noticed today have been resolved. The probe had a broken insert glass, which has been replaced.

  I am a new user on this machine – last night it complained that “data” was needed to set-up a proton. Not sure what the error means … this was not an issue on 300 or 500.

  Any advise would be appreciated.

  Wobbing took a while, the minimum was very far off and took a while to find. But when shimming, the signal wouldn’t move. Doing fine shimming or ‘regular’ (not fine) shimming did not do anything. The spectra didn’t slightly resemble anything I would expect.

  I seemed to have issues wobbing the machine. Seemed to be way off. I decided to stop the wobb and leave.

  The instrument locks on the solvent. I have loaded the standard shim file. However when trying to shim, it is non-responsive. Even without the fine shimming on, nothing moves. Also, my spectrum looks terrible (very broad, likely due to poor shims).

  Logging out and logging back in appears to have fixed the sample ejection error.

  Can’t eject sample. Topspin repeatedly gives ‘ej Spin rate read error’.
