My sample came out of the instrument cold.
After the power outage at about 3 pm today, one of the new boards is not communicating correctly. Wobb will not work and no data can be acquired. Please reschedule your av500 time to another instrument until further notice.
Lock failed after multiple attempts.
I could not get the lock to work today for D2O/1D proton.
Last few times on, I’ve been getting a message — “Warning: timeout while waiting for 1 thread to finish: – wobbcmd(0)” after stopping the wobb. Doesn’t seem to affect anything, just thought you should know. It used to happen occasionally, but this week it’s been every time.
Please remember to set temp back to 298 K! Temp was set to 303 K when I arrived.
The Facility has again worked on this issue. Lock should be proceeding as normal. Please let us know if further difficulty persists.
Several of us could not get this machine to lock.
Lock button must be physically pressed, otherwise the command topshim gui will not work. Not sure why
I was in trouble with locking.
