System will not lock. Not able to shim because of it, and because it cannot lock sweep width is way off.
System won’t lock. When shimming using topshim, it shows error, “PrepareLock – lock is off: please lock prior to shimming”. Couldn’t do shimming manually, the line shown on lockdisp did react to adjustment made on bsms. Spectra ended up weird. Same sample then analyzed on AV300 showed normal spectrum.
The system will not lock onto my sample in C6D12. I have had no issues with this same sample on the AV300.

I am trying to do topshim, i am getting msg that showing lock is off. Again i am trying to do lock once again (solvent lock was success) followed by topshim, unfortunately i am getting same problem i am unable to run sample. Sample eject and i left the room.
Let me know what is going on. i trying to look any one of you people, but no one is available to help.

System won’t lock on solvent. When loading topshim gui the following error message appears: “PrepareLock – lock is off: please lock prior to shimming”
Errors in Wobb and topshim.
Check_BirdRack: Cannot put AQS-Rack into sleep mode: timeout: device locked, off or not connected.
Communication Error in Master during reset: timeout: device locked off or not connected.
Topspin software shut off suddenly and log in page disappeared.
Cannot lock for 600uL CDCl3 sample, and therefore cannot shim. No error messages received in TopSpin, but lock light on keypad is not steady.
