Edte took more than 20 min from 298 to 323K and unstable. Wobb unstable; matching couldn’t be brought down. Lock on control borad showed L. Power one time.

  • Ryan says:

Peak shape continues to be asymmetric for all spectra.

  • Ryan says:

Lineshape has been poor for all my spectra in the past few days. TopShim runs successfully, but I suspect this may be another situation in which shims are not actually being adjusted.

  • Travis says:

    Not locking on CD3CN

  • Brock says:

When changing the temperature in EDTE the instrument will not heat up. It says that the probe heater is at 20% but the temperature is continually falling. Tried logging off and back on and even tried another log in all together and nothing worked. Also getting poor shims with topshim.

  • Alex says:

Initially sample wouldn’t register as being down. Ejected and caught sample before high gas flow launched it upwards. Instrument will recognize that dummy sample is down, but after trying to inject my sample again, instrument will now not eject sample.

  • Pengtao Lu says:

Topshim failed. Like previous users, error said too many points were lost during fit.

  • Natalie Hillerson says:

Topshim failed. Like previous users, error said too many points were lost during fit.

  • Brock says:

Error when running topshim that too many points were lost during fit.

  • Zoha Syed says:

Have been getting bad shims when using topshim and very difficult to get good shims manually
