I am working with Bruker’s software group about this problem. I will post an update as soon as this issue is resolved. In the meanwhile, please use the Ctrl-P option to print the spectrum window directly to the printer.

  • Kathleen Olivas says:

xwinplot does not open, unable to print spectra.

  • Toni Kline says:

got a 31689 error message and have no idea what this means, except that the net result was not being able to obtain a spectrum.

  • Rajan Paranji says:

I will look into it and post an update.

  • Sophia Tran says:

The commands “xaua” and “iexpno” don’t work. The command line reads “(command) is starting” but nothing happens. When I type “stop” to end the command I get an error message reading: “ILLEGAL TERMINATION of process 4021 due to signal 11 (segmentation violation) – core dumped”

  • Rajan Paranji says:

Do you happened to have a 1D proton spectrum where you saw the distorted lineshape mentioned here ?
    Thanks

  • Samantha Connelly says:

Weird shims – loading the standard shim file (rsh stdtxo) gave shims with a huge shape out to the left at the base of the peaks. Spent quite a bit of time shimming and managed to get a better line shape, but still off. Saved shim file as “shim092812.sjc” for anyone who’s having trouble later this weekend – see if it helps as a starting point if the standard file doesn’t work for you all.

(My sample was 2-methoxyethanol in CDCl3).
