Directory seems to be completely gone. Get an error that all my datasets don’t exist, or are not accessible, or are corrupt. Under /opt/topspin there is “no data available” When I try to load a new experiment and fill in the file path, this also fails. I had another user log in to see if he could access his data, and it was the same issue.
VT system appears to have issues in the evaporator. Inoperable.
System was very slow to start up.
I received the following message while attempting to run a carbon: Internal error for input string -214748664
Whats does that mean?
Thanks!
Sample control has returned to the BSMS unit. It should work fine now.
Instrument panel says sample is missing. Am unable to eject the spinner or turn off lock.
Initially unable to lock the sample. With Rajan’s help it now locks properly, but no FID formed when running the proton. Blank.
Adrienne logged me in under her username, and when I tried to run “rga” or “zg” or “wobb” an error message popped up that said “no licence for TOPSPIN acquisition”. was unable to obtain any spectra.
Temporary 31P (1H Decoupled) Spectrum work around:
Read parameter set “31P{1H} bbo.sjc” using “rpar” (if asked, choose “Copy all”)
Change the sw, ns, o1p, etc as needed.
Do not type “get prosol” as the appropriate values aren’t in the table yet.
“edasp” “default” “save” will ensure the signal is routed properly.
Hope this helps!

This issue persists. Phosphorus spectra cannot be run on the bbo until this is fixed. Please update the macro as soon as possible.
