TopSpin did not start when I logged in to the instrument, and I could not start TopSpin from the menu. I got a message that said: Number of ‘Topspin1’ licenses exhausted. A user from another group was logged in although they had not reserved time on the instrument.
After running my sample overnight, the machine is not ejecting my sample. I am not able to retrieve my sample in the instrument.
Topspin doesn’t start on login. If I try to start manually it says too many copies of topspin are in use.
Topspin program doesn’t load when I logged into my account. Tried multiple times.
If having troubles locking, please load the standard shim file for the probe before locking to see if that improves lock.
It looks like I could not get a very good locking and shimming. But it could be due to my sample.
My samples don’t seem to be locking properly.
The topspin program has frozen and I am unable to switch user accounts. Halp
Loading the standard shim settings via
rsh stdtxo
returns a strange cryptic message on the screen.
The message can be clicked away, but not sure if the correct shim settings are loaded and set.
Can’t access data from 499 via ftp site.
