lock window will not open
Error opening spect:/dev/tty03 locked by process 25801
Topspin won’t load.
I exited the Topspin but my account was not logged out all the way. I followed the instruction to log out from system (system->log out). But when I logged in again, the Topspin did not pop out. I tried to start it from application but the system said one or more Topspin was running.
I would like to know how to solve such problem.
The instrument does not give proton spectrum. I ran exactly the same sample as I did yesterday on this instrument today, but today’s proton spectrum only has noise without any peak.
Shimming is not working
When I logged in today, the Topspin software did not pop out. And I cannot open the software from the application.
The wobb seems to be drifting a little bit. It’s changing without any adjustments being made to tune or match.
The probe does not respond to tuning adjustments on 13C. Matching does illicit a response.
I can’t access the ftp sever of DRX499. The folder is disappear.
I can’t access the NMR ftp sever of DRX499. The folder of DRX499 disappears.
