topspin license exhausted, can’t launch the software
Cannot lock. TopSpin reports “lock completed,” but lock button on BSMS keyboard keeps blinking. (Solvent is CDCl3, and sample is at proper depth)
The topspin launch issue has been resolved.
Please let us know when it happens again.
The same issue as Dylan — TopSpin will not start automatically, and when I try to launch it, it tells me that too many copies are already running. Also, the default login is for the Bioengineering department — I suspect this may be interfering with normal TopSpin usage.
The computer screen is hot pink/purple, so it’s hard to see.
For the past 2 -3 weeks, there is always a ghost resonance ~ 10 ppm in the 1H NMR spectrum
Topspin doesn’t open automatically when logging in. When I try to open Topspin from applications it tells me too many copies are running.
The Topspin issue has been resolved.
