Got this error message: “acquisition is in progress. commands aborted.” Commands cannot be executed through the interface. Not even able to eject/inject a sample.
When the instrument starts shimming an error message appears saying “go: acquisition already in progress” and then no spectrum is acquired. The instrument also will not eject/inject using the icon software, my sample had to be removed using the control panel.
Can’t tune and match – wobb command not working
499 will no longer lock on solvent. First few samples worked as normal then it suddenly stopped working.

Won’t wobb, get this error: Error in copmem:
– cannot send command to coprocessor (timeout: flag=1).
Check for bad RCU/TCU or crashed startd on CCU

When set parameters, software stops to work.
