Topspin window on the left screen is too high. I cannot access buttons such as “*x” and “/8”.
Logged in to Icon NMR ok, but system froze after clicking “Insert New Sample.” The sample blank did not eject and I was not able to log out.
Error during wobb
ICON-NMR software frozen.
Got an error message during shimming: “Connection to the data server failed.” Other errors followed. No data acquired.
NMR froze during a fluorine. I was able to eject my sample with the BSMS, but not able to logout of the program.
Can we get some more disposable gloves for the lab? Thanks.
A quick check of the software shows that the system was simply in the middle of a process and that the required steps were incomplete.
The experiment only needed to be “started” once extraneous datasets were closed.
A work around when the researcher wants to leave without running the experiment is to use the “Inject/Eject” with “Eject and Terminate” to retrieve their sample and logout.
Software down, cannot exit
Received the following error repeatedly during 1H proton experiment:

Seemed to have no effect on the resulting spectrum.
