There was a DRU1 warning: ADC overflow during last scan!
Topshim failed twice on CDCl3, error message said ‘TopshimFieldMapNEW – no valid data in sample centre.’ Spectrum was not usable.
When the instrument was shimming, it gave an error and said that the signal was divergent / diverging. The spectrum it gave me was usable, just a bit broad. (This was in CDCl3).
the server to access files doesn’t seem to be working
Sample didn’t lock after topshim with std proton method. Had to manually lock from the lock window
When running the “long D1, RGA skipped” method, the sample does not lock after topshim. Waited >5 minutes. Have to manually lock from the lock window. (No issue with the initial lock)
Had a couple of samples fail to shim after several attempts- got different error each time, including “field map empty”, “no data in sample center” (despite there being plenty of sample in the tube.
The instrument kept ejecting the tube and there is an application error message showing on the screen.
topspin software had the “stop” button grayed out after “wobb.” Couldn’t end the wobb so I had to start the acquisition, which failed because “acquisition running” then create a new file name and change my parameters again to run my sample.
