GG500 injection error. A few sameples had the same error. The sample just go up and down and won’t properly be loaded.
Topshim completed with failure after repeated attempts for a CDCL3 sample. Sample is a solution without any anomalies.
Obtained following error message on 19Aug2024 in the evening for proton sample in holder 8.
“Sample Changer Fatal Error: Error: STOP_CHANGER 1000 STOP_CHANGER SampleTransporter: Insert carrier failed! Check carrier transition from SampleMail to BST, if Spin is working correctly and if VT gas flow is not too high. Try to increase the BST Spinner Down Timeout (ServiceWeb).”
The proton experiment failed, but the instrument proceeded to run the 13C and 19F experiments I had queued for the same sample. Both look okay. I resubmitted the proton experiment on 20Aug2024 in the morning.
After entering “sx ##”, the sample was ij/ej up and down about 5 or so times unprompted, until I typed in “ej” which made it stop and ej. The second time I entered “sx ##” I did not have this issue and everything went normally.
Having an issue where sample is injecting and ejecting periodically, unprompted. There should be no issues with sample prep & everything else looks normal. Samples also will not lock, & this is happening in multiple spinners.
I had issues with locking – error said “sample is missing.” Sample did not lock in either #40 or #26 and took a very long time to eject and switch samples, so long that I could not run a sample during the time slot.
Had a sample load error in spinner #3, tried to move the sample to a different spinner but it didn’t run. Seems to have frozen the queue
Lock failed – error says “lock is OFF, BSMS can’t detect sample, sample is MISSING; check SPIN and/or VTU gasflow”.
Had issues locking to my sample after it loaded using spinner #13. Got the attached error message. Ejected and my next sample ran as expected. I was able to run the initial sample in another spinner.
Got several messages of “DRU1 warning: ADC overflow during last scan!” during a C13 run. Does this mean I need to adjust the gain? RGA was performed prior to run.
