The GG500 data folder seems to have disappeared on Cyberduck for Mac users
Unable to sign in through the change user tab, just gives a generic “you need to sign in” pop-up.
Automation is not on for the GG500.
Error, load failure. When injecting my sample (J-Young tube) the system gave a fatal error “error ejecting carrier after failed insertion. Carrier no longer detected on top of magnet bore.” This stopped the automation and the sample was not ejected. I did not try to restart automation because I am unsure when the issue is and if the sample if for some reason not seated correctly in the NMR.
Most recent samples failed to lock on CDCl3 – unclear if ongoing issue
Automation not letting user sign in. Software prompts you to enter password and then nothing happens and wont unlock user interface
Autosampler is not running. A lot of the recently run samples have red error messages, and the sampler is not loading new samples. 🙁

Spinner 50 seems to have some broken glass inside of it, making it hard to put in a new sample. It seems to be an older issue as there isn’t noticeable solvent. I put the spinner on top of the console with a note next to it.
Sample changer fatal error alert on samples when I arrived at instrument. No further commands can be implented at this time.
