I tried to run an HMBC, but I got an error message. On clicking close on the error, the computer logged out. When I tried to log back in again the instrument does not seem to be communicating properly. I’m getting several error messages one of them being ‘No acquisition hardware available for:: 128.95.172.145’
I checked currently and I don’t see any issues. Please try again and let me know.
I cannot access the Phoenix server to obtain my NMR data from this instrument.

Error upon log in. Won’t let me log in.
I am having difficulty taking phosphorous NMR on the 499. After inserting my standard phosphoric acid sample, type “PHOSH”, tune and match, followed by XAUA, I am getting a lot of signal on the FID; however when I fourier transform I’m seeing something very unusual and there are no peaks. The same sample on the 301 gives a beautiful signal.
Everything appears to be back to normal post-power outage.
Log out error occurred with previous user. Could not use any of my NMR time!
