  • Rajan Paranji says:

Instrument console is responsive when I tested remotely. If the problem persists, one of us will check this in person, tomorrow.

  • Ellen says:

When using wobb command an error occurred reading

    “Error in copmem:
-cannot send command to coprocessor (timeout: flag=1).
Check for bad RCU/TCU or crashed startd on CCU”

  • Elizabeth Mader says:

The same login issue has reappeared. When I log in to the computer, I receive a message that reads “Your session only lasted less than 10 seconds. If you have not logged out yourself, this could mean that there is some installation problem or that you may be out of diskspace. Try logging in with one of the failsafe sessions to see if you can fix this problem.” Then when I click OK the computer logs me out, without opening Topspin.

The DRX499 login issue is fixed.

  • Brandon Kier says:

multi_zgvt issue is persisting. Cannot run multiple experiments or reset temperature via automation.

  • Brandon Kier says:

I am unable to run multi_zgvt. Again. Error text:

“AU program source multi_zgvt not found
    Compilation aborted”

What is causing this? I am unable to return the probe to 298K.

  • Sam Connelly says:

Issue resolved. The system logged me out the next time I tried to collect a spectrum (and allowed me to immediately log back in). Weird. Seems to have taken care of the no-log-out issue.

  • Sam Connelly says:

Last comment didn’t appear to post –

I cannot log out of TopSpin for the next user.

I believe this is because Firefox is running, but not responding.

As far as I’m concerned, users are welcome to record experiments and save them under my file/user name until I can successfully logout. You should be able to get to it easily through Phoenix (sjconnel). Please be careful not to delete my data, but I’ve got it backed up, so it wouldn’t be the end of the world.

TopSpin does not close to log me out.
