NEO 500 computer frozen. Unable to delete others’ finished samples. 2-3 people left their resubmitted samples on the machine.

Neo 500 computer frozen. Can create assignment and edit name, solvent, experiment but can’t delete or submit assignments.
when I login and and click the tab to add budget information the email segment populates with the previous users email and budget info. The drop down menu does not provide my budget which I manually typed
All samples threw errors sometime during the evening of the 6th. Errors seem to be a combination of wobble error or lock anomalies
Unable to Load the sample. The sample tray does not rotate and the signal is red.
There’s a sample that has been shimming for more than 1hour. Idk what’s wrong
Proton experiment is Failing to atma and topshim. Looks like a lot of experiments are failing in the last 24 hours
Samples run, but data is not saved. Seems to be affecting a lot of samples at the moment, most of them standard proton experiments.
There’s a few samples didn’t run properly. The sample loading icon is red.
