Im sure this is already known since I chatted with Rajan about it a bit already, but every week then the GG is on automaion the NEO queue fills up entirely and you end up with a line of people waiting for the instrument to reun each sample so that additional samples can be added to the otherwise completely full queue.
This is particularly bad today as the GG was booked from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM (the entire afternoon) by one single group.
I know running a facility is hard and there are a lot of technical contrainsts but I just wanted to make a note that this places significant strain on our entire groups ability to run NMR.

13C is giving very bad S/N. It dropped precipitously over the 4 samples I had queued last night. All samples were roughly the same concentration, and it’s also evident from the solvent residual. 1H and 19F look okay. I can forward the data on Tuesday.
Looks like automation is stopped due to multiple sample errors. Was able to submit/queue additional samples, but it doesn’t look like the instrument is running samples.
Processing error 5/15 at 3:40 “audita.txt file not in data set, AuditTrial update not performed, Lock anomaly during acquisition…” user ashaff
Sample encountered a topshim error, was not able to be ejected so is stuck in machine and machine isn’t able to run further samples.
one sample appears to have encountered an error (says it had trouble turning spinning on) — doesnt appear sample was able to be ejected for whatever reason and automation was stopped (no futher samples appear to be able to be run atm)
The NMR machine is stuck on “red” and is unresponsive to any commands. To clarify, the red light is on on the NMR machine but the software doesn’t seem to detect any issues. I cannot submit a sample.
Feb 7th, IconNMR software wont delete nor edit any run. Cannot put sample to queue
Option to submit a run to the night queue is hidden.
System freezes. No edition is allowed. Cannot create or delete any quests.
