The reservation page seems to be down for both the NEO and AV300.
When trying to run 11B NMR the wobble curve appears as almost a flat line that doesn’t adjust with when doing the fine manual tune and match (at least that I can see on the small screen). Not sure what the issue is, but it looks like the match is way off since the curve is near flat.
The NEO has errored out on almost every sample run since yesterday afternoon (ATM error?) (also the logbook is still not linked on the neo reservation page so its very hard to find which is why it might not have been mentioned already)
multiple samples finished with errors so we can’t use the spots 🙁
Quick follow up to yesterdays post, is we ended up in the same position today with the entire queue completely full by 10:30 AM. This speaks to how large the demand for NMR is and how many samples were not able to run last night just due to queue size constraints on the NEO500 while the GG500 with the larger autosampler sat completely unused between 6:40 PM last night and 7:40 AM this morning.
