ALERT ! DRX499 – SYSTEM DOWN UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE
A power supply failure is identified in one of the main components of the spectrometer and being looked into. This problem is unrelated to the probehead issue we were investigating. As of now I can’t give a clear estimate of the down time but I hope to update the situation before the end of today.
